These Terms of Service (“Terms”) manage your access to and use of the mobile game Break The Beyond (“the Game”), developed by Latchback Games. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.

1. License and Intellectual Property

• 1.1. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. Latchback Games retains all ownership and intellectual property rights related to the Game.
• 1.2. You may not modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Game unless explicitly permitted by Latchback Games.

2. User Conduct

• 2.1. You agree to use the Game in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• 2.2. You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Game or its servers, or that may negatively impact the experience of other users.
• 2.3. You will not use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or enhances the Game’s features.

• 2.4. You will not engage in any form of cheating, exploiting, or abusing the Game’s mechanics.

3. In-Game Purchases & monetization 

• 3.1. The Game may offer virtual goods or in-game currency for purchase using real-world money, as well as in-app advertisements.
• 3.2. By using the Game, you acknowledge that Latchback Games may introduce in-app purchases and in-app advertisements in the future.
• 3.3. Any future in-app purchases and advertisements will be governed by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified at the time of their introduction.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• 4.1. The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
• 4.2. Latchback Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Game.

5. Updates and Modifications

• 5.1. Latchback Games may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game from time to time.
• 5.2. You agree that Latchback Games has the right to modify or discontinue the Game, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

6. Privacy

• 6.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Feedback

• 7.1 We welcome and appreciate your feedback on the Game, including any ideas, suggestions, or improvements (“Feedback”) you may have. By providing us with Feedback, you grant Latchback Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Feedback for any purpose without any compensation or obligation to you.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
• 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Finland.
